About the Founder
Will Jenson, the founder of IEA, is an economist with over a decade of experience performing economic impact analysis. He comes with a BA in Economics and an MS in Applied Economics from Utah State University with a specialization in Community & Regional Economic Development. Will worked as a Regional Labor Economist for the Idaho Department of Labor. In that capacity he also worked as a public relations and media representative. Will served on the Idaho Leadership in Nuclear Energy (LINE) Commission in the infrastructure and and workforce subcommittees. Mr. Jenson served on numerous economic development and education boards and is a frequent keynote speaker at events. He has been interviewed as an economic expert in hundreds of news stories and in multiple magazines, publications, and journals. Will has been a university economics professor at Idaho State University and Brigham Young University – Idaho.
